Daily Schedule
Let me make it clear firstly, that life has not beginning nor end, there are not brakes. So life has to be continually faced with no rest. In the war those that stop to rest die.
In some volunteering sites, they urge us to show how many daily working hours, free time, free days, etc. and that is because in the pre-covid-19 world, the paradigm is that life is hard and has to be paid with heavy work and freedom to get all kind of consumer goods and to enjoy fantasies.
Here we want to live the true and complete freedom. All the work, studies and everything we do here we call seva, which is devotional service and the reward is bliss. Which instead of tiring, gives energy.
Lucky we dpn't start the day as according to swami Nithyananda for his followers before down, at an auspicious time called Brahmamuhurta, around 4:30 in the morning, hopefully we could generate the will to start then the day with yoga, but since volunteers usually are not committed disciples, then we can start at day break.
We can have then a snack and have some minutes of reading of the great Hinduist narratives from our library. So you can have a little glimpse of the 20 million books of it´s literature.
Then we can proceed to do some work according to the needs and weather conditions.
Next we can have breakfast and go for some videos of the teachings of Hinduism as is Nithyananda reviving for the modern world. And then we do some yoga from the videos of Nithya yoga.
Then we prepare and have lunch, afterwards we can watch a video and then do the ceremony or puja, the veneration of the guru and Shiva. Then we go for work again.
And finally we will prepare and have dinner and then we'll have personal time.
In this way you will profit of your time here to get some knowledge of the path to enlightenment and natural living.
CONCLUSION: We have been convinced that we are part of a free world, but we have been chained with greed, fear, jealousy, envy, etc. Freedom is getting out of dependency of society and having individual consciousness as part of cosmic consciousness and living the truth and not afraid of what others think.
So face every task as part of our freedom from society into individual consciousness.
